Ninja Innovation

the Ten Killer Strategies of the World's Most Successful Businesses

The author reminded me of the opinionated, bombastic older male relative you might encounter at the Thanksgiving table. The stories he tells portray himself and the consumer entertainment industry in a great light, and capitalism can only do right. The use of ninjas as a framing/storytelling device didn't translate well into the business world (if you're looking for a pure "paid gun, f*** the ethics" story, a much better book is "Confessions of an Economic Hitman".) There's also odd slamming of Europe as weak-kneed competitors, France especially as a hidebound country (OMG, its workweek is 35 hours; OMG, they get weeks of vacation.)
