"After college graduation, Grover's girlfriend Jane tells him she's moving to Prague to study writing. Grover declines to accompany her, deciding instead to move in with several friends, all of whom can't quite work up the inertia to escape their university's pull. Nobody wants to make any big decisions that would radically alter his life, yet none of them wants to end up like Chet, the professional student who tends bar and is in his tenth year of university studies."

This movie wasn't bad but there wasn't anything particularly good about it either. The only real reason to watch it is because you want to take a gamble on something you might not have heard of but I certainly wouldn't seek this out knowing what it was.

maybe for people under 30? I wanted to slap them all and through them into the nearest small town to grow up. what a bunch of losers.

at least clerks was funny at times, this a complete whinefest. There wasn't even any kicking & screaming.

This is the worst of Noah Baumbach's movies that I have seen. However if you are into the Clerks/Mallrats 90s brooding aesthetic then this may be a flick for you. If not, then you should cut your loses and rent The Squid and the Whale.
