This book does not offer much information on how to get good sleep. It tells you who has problems sleeping, when and why, but little in the way of how to overcome it. Common sense advise on not having caffeine, dark bedroom, etc. which any quick search on google will tell you. On the plus side, it's a quick half an hour read and I did enjoy some of the humorous quotes.
