First 200 pages a 'how to / do it yourself book'. Then the mystery part starts to slowly develop. Same story line and characters, and ending as all the other authors use in home improvement fictions.

Better than the first book of the series. Small town, woman contractor, dead bodies, handsome client, handsome sheriff who frowns an awful lot, loyal girlfriends. Safe, predictable, comfortable story line.
