For me, this was a terrible movie. They story line was awful and I have a feeling that Keanu Reeves must have owed the director some kind of favor cause that's the only reason I can think of for him partaking in this movie.

1. this film is "outside the box" variety, so it's natural that the common audience could be divided in their opinions.
2. this film is kind of "bitter & sweet". the subject it brings up may strike different chords depending on a gender difference. to me, the whole film is quite disturbing & troubling.
3. objectively speaking, all 3 actors have done a nice job in portraiting the characters. just dont compare to what u might have seen in reeves' prior movie roles! anna de armas, who bears some resemblance to early marilyn monroe, is beyond expectation in delivering her part.
4. the director has his own cinematographic style, especially in the opening sequence. i think he tells the story quite well, all the way to the end.

I can see why the opinions for this movie are so polarized. The movie strikes the chords in some people but is a complete write-off for some others. I'd say that the movie is worth watching if you are looking for some cheap thrills, yet one shouldn't touch it if you are serious about plot and twists. The 3 and a half star rating I give to this movie is partly because it resonates the movie Fatal Attraction, a lesson for all cheaters and men looking to learn something from Harvey Weinstein.

Edgy---even by Roth standards. Over-the-top but watchable.

Keep this one away from the children though.

Eli Roth (again casting his wife Lorenza Izzo in a lead role) delivers a reasonably clever psychological thriller here (albeit a remake). Keanu Reeves' whiny crybaby acting was nothing short of comical at times. And I would tend to agree that most hetero males, married or not, would have an extremely hard time refusing that doorstep delivery of "free pizza".

Don't let strangers into your Home, especially if you are home alone.

A fairly intense horror film for a guy found himself home alone and two temptresses came knocking at the door. Viewers sensed something weird was going to happen, just not sure when and how. What a nightmare! Also, as pointed out by jak10, it is a faithful remake of Death Game except updated with smart phones apps like facebook and Uber.
