Doesn't really work as a standalone volume. You really need to have read Hickman's Infinity to fully get what's going on. But there's enough great writers (Kindt, DeConnick, Ellis, Fraction...) involved that it still reads far better than these kind of things (a hodge podge of stories tying into an event that happens somewhere else) usually do.

A collection of tie-ins to the overlying Inhumanity theme. In the aftermath of Infinity, the Inhumans are undergoing some big changes, and it impacts on the Marvel universe and sets the stage for the ongoing title. Some of these stories work better than others, with the stories directly involving the Inhuman royal family standing out, as well as the Avengers Assemble and Hulk tie-in arcs. One glaring exception that brings down the quality of the book as a whole is a single issue of Uncanny X-Men, written by the worst writer in the industry.
