I have to agree with reviewer StarGladiator. The future may be now ... but under this thesis, everyone is a potential terrorist. We need to stop the evil doers and stay one step ahead of them, but this book is way too bleak. The "advance reviewers", including Michael Chertoff and Anne-Marie Slaughter, should be a warning to the reader as to the tone and intent of this book.

A sane person skims this book and surmises: were the authors on drugs the entire time? Or are they from Brookings Institution and Harvard? Oh, that explains everything, as they are paid to push such propaganda on the rest of us: that the government exists to protect us? Oh really? The Hamilton Project resides at Brookings, founded by Robert Rubin to PRIVATIZE EVERYTHING? Protect us from that! Harvard's minions are constantly pushing austerity on the rest of us [no matter how they fail at doing simple Excel spreadsheets, huh, Rogoff?]! Who will protect us from the government, Brookings and Harvard? [Under present government guidelines, anyone seeking the truth today can be labeled a terrorist!]
