A rare movie that is just simply beautiful to watch. I won't ruin the story for you. It simply one of Britain's finest films ever made!

A quirky, esoteric little tale, set in beautiful rural county of Kent in 1943 - very interesting ideas & influences. Also worth watching the additional features - partic. the one showing a modern-day ramble about the area on a beautiful summer's day looking for locations where the filming was done - a great idea.
