I LOVE this book. It is well written & has some truly fantastic recipes. The only downside is that the cover is upside down & backwards, which is confusing. I believe that at least one recipe has some 'issues' with ingredients & measurements. I also noticed that the publisher's logo is a backwards, upside down image of it's name. Should have been a clue to a potential problem!
