If you skip the long introduction and head straight for the recipes you are in for a treat. The recipes are easy to follow and look like the photos in the book. The layout includes beautiful photos as well as a great side bar that highlights ingredients from the market and from the pantry. It also includes helpful tips and plenty of vegetarian options. The cooks agreed the recipes made great left overs.
