Great recipes - oatmeal with pear compote is a new fave, as is the carrot cake. Working our way through others, all with equally good results

The savory companion to Flour, it's worth it just for the smoky sweet potato soup! Every recipe we tried had us convinced--and this is now a permanent addition to my (ever growing) cookbook collection.

These recipes were fun to experiment with, in terms of adapting to gluten free. Adaptation was pretty straight forward & simple. In addition to adapting the recipes to gluten free, adapting it to my family's palate profile(s), that was also easy to do, while still retaining the qualities of the original recipes. It was also a good read.
