I quite liked this book. I was curious about the Paleo craze and was able to get the hard facts on the rules from this book. I like that it explains the diet, gives shopping lists, budget tips, what you're not allowed and some recipes. Try the curry shrimp for dinner....mmmmm!
I gave this book 4/5 stars because the black and white pictures are not appealing AT ALL. But the recipes are good!
