A comprehensive yoga textbook set up to meet the Yoga Alliance standards for yoga instructors.

The headings and layout are in Acts and Regulation style, excellent and easily referenced as a teaching guide. i.e.. 3.10.3

Illustrations are terrible. Black and white and way too small and dark.
They come off as cheap photo copies with way too much toner. I was surprised when I read the work was from 2009 and not some 80's piece.

Muscle illustrations are poor amateur efforts of sketching. Considering the dramatic anatomy books that are out there now, this is just not good enough.

I did find myself quoting the work a few times so it does have some merit. I especially liked the ethics study.
