This was a really interesting book, very comprehensive in all areas of health, not just for bone strength. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in health to do with food and lifestyle who doesn't want to cop out and take drugs and supplements. The author seems to really know what she's talking about, and it's an interesting read too.
