A summer to remember...

Angie always thought high school romances were just silly infatuations that come and go. She certainly never thought she would fall in love over one short summer. But when she meets Jack, their connection is beyond any childish crush. Suddenly, Angie and Jack are filling their summer with stolen moments and romantic nights. But as fall grows closer, they must figure out if their love is forever, or just a summer they'll never forget.

I really did try getting into this book. But it was a far cry from what I expected it to be. It seems like it would be a normal summer fling book. But it's set in the past or something to explain why everything is so old-fashioned. And then we've got this guy who most girls would love to go out with falling in love with a girl who is self-described as awkward. I don't know, maybe the second half of the book is magically amazing, but I could push myself to read that far.
