Excellent recipes with a twist, fast cooking, with wonderful flavours.

I tried a number of these recipes and many were just "so-so" and some of them were not very good at all. The photos are beautiful and I enjoyed her ideas of morphing one meal into another.

Only three main meals per week are provided;The rest of the 350 recipes are side dishes so technically the book doesn't provide 52 weeks worth of meals. While the recipes are quick and tasty (those that I tried) the tricks for quick-fix meals only work if you follow her weekly meal plan.
