Join  Health For All Family Health Team’s Registered Dietitians as they talk about how to eat well if you are living with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.

In this one hour workshop, topics include learning about food sources that will impact blood sugars, introduction to the glycemic index, how to create balanced meals and read a nutrition facts table, in additional to physical activity recommendations.
