Learn how to become your child's "Emotion Coach" by mastering the art of Co-Regulation—sharing your calm to help your child find theirs. We will cover essential communication skills, validation techniques, and practical tools to teach your child self-regulation.
Reference guides and practical tools to help your child build emotional resilience at home will be given as freebies after the workshop.
