Goal Setting Workshop – 4 Day Overview

Day 1: Motivation & Defining Your “Why”

This session helps participants uncover the deeper purpose behind their goals using the 7 Whys Exercise. By exploring internal motivation, participants build emotional connection, clarity, and long-term commitment to their goals.

Day 2: Goal Setting & SMART Goals

Participants learn how to craft clear, actionable goals using the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). They'll practice writing both personal and professional SMART goals and receive peer feedback to refine them.

Day 3: Action Planning & Overcoming Barriers

This day focuses on breaking big goals into smaller, manageable steps. Participants reverse-engineer their goals and create milestone plans. They also identify personal roadblocks (e.g., fear, time, self-doubt) and learn tools to overcome them, such as habit stacking, time audits, and confidence journaling.

Day 4: Accountability, Support & Reflection

In the final session, participants explore accountability systems (e.g., buddy charts, tracking apps, support circles) and mindset tools (e.g., visualization, growth reframing). The workshop closes with reflection prompts, commitment pledges, and a guided next-step planning exercise.
