Mila Arsenijevic, MSW, RSW Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist Founder and Clinical Director, Toronto Therapy Practice

Mila is a psychotherapist specializing in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. With over 10 years of experience in Toronto’s leading hospital-based perinatal mental health program, she supports individuals and couples navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, identity transitions, NICU experiences, and relationship challenges after baby. She also trains clinicians and provides workshops for community organizations and workplaces. Her approach is warm, grounded, and deeply practical.
