Workshop Overview: A new baby brings joy—and also stress, exhaustion, and major changes to a couple’s connection. Many couples find themselves feeling more distant or more easily frustrated than before. This workshop explores why relationship shifts are so common in the postpartum period and provides practical tools for communication, teamwork, and emotional reconnection.
