Experience tranquility and mindfulness from the comfort of your home in a mid-week guided meditation by Markham Yoga graduates of Yoga Training Experience how meditation will reduce anxiety, stress relief, and enhance mental clarity and brings focus to the mind. Suitable for all ages and beginners, this session can be done from a mat, chair, or couch—wherever you’re comfortable and can maintain a straight posture.
