Session Highlight: Origami for Wellness
This session will introduce participants to the art of origami—transforming simple paper into beautiful creations through folding techniques. Participants will learn how to follow step-by-step instructions to create easy designs such as animals, flowers, and seasonal shapes. This gentle and meditative activity supports fine motor skills, concentration, and creativity in a welcoming, supportive environment. No previous experience is necessary.
