The practice of QiGong aims to improve the flow of qi (vital energy) in the body, promote flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance overall vitality. The exercises are known for their simplicity and effectiveness, making them accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.

This session willl be  conducted in Mandarin  by Sharon Liu from the Fountain of Youth QI.
