A combination of standing, seated poses to help get the blood flowing, with a focus on balancing, stability and calming breathwork. Yoga helps in removing stress, diffuse anxiety and improve mental wellness with regular practices. This class is led by a Markham Yoga trainee and graduate of their yoga teacher training school.
Open to beginners and seasoned participants.
