Elementary School Learning and Academic Success (2 part series)

Description

The elementary grades are crucial learning stages to establish students’ ability to prepare for academic life and is a strong predictor of future academic success.

This 2 part workshop will: 

  • Look at what essential skills are needed for academic learning and independence at school.
  • We will explore strategies aiming to improve literacy/academic learning, advanced language proficiency, social-emotional development, and teamwork competence.

This program is presented in partnership with Aspiration & Discoveries Therapy and Education Centre
