This class, is designed to help older adults improve their activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. The class will include breath work, gentle yoga, and simple stretches . Classes are ideal for those 55+ but all are welcome. No experience needed.
This program is facilitated through Zoom. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link 1 day prior to the program.
If you do not receive the Zoom link the day before the program.
