In these times of uncertainties, help children navigate through their emotions by learning to identify them. Transform their negative emotions using Emotional Freedom Technique or sometimes called Tapping, and Heart Based Meditation. In this session, children will also be taught how to use affirmation statements to regulate their negative feelings. This program is geared to kids age 8 to 12 (though all ages are welcome) and parents/caregivers are encouraged to participate alongside their child.
This program will be facilitated via Zoom. Registrants will be sent Zoom Meeting ID 1 day prior to the program.
